We are delighted to announce that our project delivered in partnership with Willmott Dixon, Somerset County Council, Mott MacDonald and BREEAM Official has been shortlisted for a Constructing Excellence South West Award for Building of the Year. The Innovation Centre (SEIC) accommodates 2,000 sqm of office space including 350 sqm of tech workshops, over three storeys.

The purpose of the SEIC is to support the further economic development of Low and Zero Carbon Technology and industry in the region. Our three-phase programme is delivering a local centre of excellence in order to establish and attract nuclear and other low carbon energy supply businesses to locate in Somerset and the South West. The site benefits from being rich in biodiversity including sensitive landscaping of indigenous planting with wildlife corridors that protect newts and wetland ecology.
