AWW has transformed the former Yell House office building into premium managed student accommodation. This has created 400 new individual studios, double studios, quad apartments and twodios.

The project includes a new two storey extension on top of the existing building plus high quality external public amenity space. The scheme meets the demand for an increased amount of superior student accommodation in the city, in a prime location not far from the University.
