Hiatt Baker Halls of Residence

This £24m extension to the existing Hiatt Baker Halls on the Stoke Bishop Campus consists of 323 study bedrooms together with refurbishment of some existing reception and social spaces. The new bedrooms are all self-catering and arranged in cluster flats of 10 ensuite bedrooms with kitchen and social rooms and 12 bedrooms with shared bathrooms in a townhouse format.
