George’s Square

A new 6,500sqm headquarters office building for Clarke Willmott at the centre of the mixed use redevelopment of the former Courage Brewery site in Bristol. The office space is arranged around a fully-glazed central atrium, with dramatic views across the floating harbour to Castle Green. The waterfront elevations respond to the historic dockside character of the site and stitch together the historic buildings on Finzels Reach and Bath Street. The architecture adopted a warehouse style and, through the use of brick, blends with the adjacent listed buildings.
