Simon Hatcher joined AWW as a Director in September 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of educational buildings, particularly those offering SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) provision.
Known for his collaborative approach, Simon works closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure every project meets the needs of its users, with a focus on inclusivity and sustainability. Simon’s design philosophy is centred on creating robust, efficient, and carbon-neutral buildings that maximise natural light and minimise environmental impact.
