Following the launch of our career framework pathways as part of our employee investment programme, we are delighted to have promoted three new Associate Directors.

We are proud to introduce you to our first Associate Directors: Duncan Taylor, Emma Wan and Joe Oksien.
With these promotions, we are pleased to be able to honour the commitment we made last year to investing in our people, nurturing talent, and supporting professional growth.

Each of them is leading projects across different sectors and regions, gaining invaluable industry knowledge to share with the wider team. All three are creative designers with individual passions and a ‘people first’ approach who strive to achieve the utmost from every project and team.
