With the full refurbishment and façade remodelling nearing completion at the new Quadrangle, Cheltenham Beard held a topping out ceremony to mark the milestone.
The ceremony was held, fittingly, in the shell that will become the building’s new rooftop restaurant, a first for the Gloucestershire town. The restaurant is the crowning achievement of an impressive multi-million-pound refurbishment project that is seeing the 1970s landmark transformed into four storeys of premium, modern commercial space.
The works include the full refurbishment of the office plates to a ‘CAT A’ standard forming a flexible environment with an emphasis on well-being and the employee experience but that also offers building flexibility and longevity of use.
Work is due to be completed on the Quadrangle at the end of February 2021.
