Tim is AWW’s Sustainability Director. His thorough understanding and appreciation of the inherent design challenges and sensitivities associated with developments of all sizes helps him to advise on complex and demanding projects.
As a Certified Passivhaus Consultant, and with specialist experience in delivering low energy buildings, Tim drives our ambitious sustainable built environment programme. He encourages the development of environmental design and social value expertise as a mentor, leads our ESG team, and oversees our research and development projects.
AWW is committed to making a positive impact by designing buildings that enhance people’s lives and give back to the environment. Under Tim’s leadership we have pledged to evaluate our projects against net zero whole life carbon, and to help raise awareness of the declared climate emergency.
