We are delighted that planning approval has been received for 100,000 sqft of new building industrial/warehousing at Langstone Technical Park, in Havant.

Our design has been carefully developed to maximise the flexibility of the space and forecourts. The design enables potential uses ranging from B1c to B8. The layout successfully balances built form with external spaces and enhances the setting of buildings 5000 and 6000.

Industrial activity is contained within the confines of the industrial area and further controlled through strategic soft landscaping and acoustic fencing.

The elongated plans, courtyard spaces and elevation treatment of the new building reflect its relationship to the existing buildings; 1000, 4000, 5000 and 6000.
