Purifier House and The Boat House on Bristol’s Harbourside comprise 36 stylish one and two bedroom apartments, plus two and three bedroom duplex apartments. The site was redeveloped by restoring and renovating the existing Purifier House and Gasferry Road wall (Grade II listed) and introducing a new building (The Boat House) within the curtilage of the listed wall. A new harbour inlet and split level harbourside walkway was created as part of the masterplan.
Purifier House accommodates 215sqm (GEA) of retail / cafe / restaurant to the ground floor overlooking the harbourside. The Boat House provides 265sqm (GEA) design accommodation on the lower level.
