Project Breakdown

100 New King’s Road development is a residential scheme of 24 prestigious apartments and retail and car parking to the ground floor. London Square says the scheme creates ‘a new benchmark for city living’. It replaces a poorly positioned office building in a residential area to the south of Parsons Green tube station.

The apartment sizes exceed 85sqm on average with high specification finishes throughout. On the fifth floor, each apartment has access to a roof terrace. The apartments are accessed via a dedicated lobby and concierge service at ground level.

Project Materials

The building is a mix of Portland Stone and London Brick to complement the nearby conservation area. Internal Winter Gardens provide secluded courtyard space within the building envelope.
