Project Breakdown

36,500sqm net office space on a brownfield site adjacent to Bristol’s inner ring road and close to the floating harbour. The brownfield site, which included a former 1970s office building and is within the Enterprise Zone, is being developed to provide a new commercial zone centred around a new urban space.

The project received outline planning approval in April 2015 with detailed phases now commencing.

Sustainability

The development targets BREEAM Excellent and an overall EPC A rating.
