
Architect / Director
David graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1993 and subsequently passed his RIBA professional examinations while working in the North West. After relocating to Bristol in 1995, he worked on a variety of projects across a broad range of sectors, developing particular skills in the project management aspects of scheme delivery. He has been responsible for a number of high profile award winning projects, varying in scale from a small Health Centre to a 500,000sqft. commercial office campus.
David joined AWW in 2003 and focused primarily on healthcare and education projects. He became a Director of the Practice in 2007 and is responsible for the development of the Healthcare Sector. David also continues to work in the FE Sector, delivering college projects through the Learning Skills Council’s ongoing capital programme.
David concentrates primarily on project design and delivery and keeps a keen eye on the quality of work in progress within the office. David heads up in-house design reviews and is the Director responsible for Building Information Modelling (BIM)/REVIT.
