Education : Weston All Saints Primary School
AWW was appointed to partner Midas Construction to deliver the first phase of the redevelopment of Weston All Saints Primary School Site, The development consisted of the replacement of the existing Key Stage 2 Building to provide 8 new classrooms, flexible teaching spaces, HIRB Rooms, multi purpose hall as well as a new school office, staff room and support spaces.
The new building links to the existing Key Stage 1 Building with an out door swimming pool accessible from both buildings. KS1 has been updated to house a new school kitchen, improved IT provision and further SENS rooms.
The previous site of the Key Stage 2 building is to be redeveloped with an extensive landscaping scheme including a pond with grotto, outdoor amphitheatre and a sustainable drainage scheme with reed bed.
The scheme targeted a BREEAM rating of Very Good.
