The scheme overlooks a new urban space, formed as part of a comprehensive masterplan for the area including reuse of a Grade II listed High-Victorian Pumping Station for leisure use and the creation of a new pod-constructed residential/retail block facing Surrey Street market.
The residential element is to meet a target ‘Very Good’ ECO Homes rating, with a variety of sustainable measures to include a mix of green and brown roofs.
